Developed an E-commerce platform for Isvaryam, an organic oil manufacturer. I conducted comprehensive market research to understand consumer preferences and industry trends. I also built the website using Dukaan and AWS, successfully increasing the traffic.

Employing the Taguchi Design of Experiments methodology, I enhanced the sesame oil extraction process, achieving a 16% increase in oil yield from raw sesame seeds by fine-tuning key production variables. Throughout the project, I provided valuable suggestions to enhance the production process under the guidance of Mrs. Isvarya Pradeep, MD.
